This One Pot Broccoli Alfredo is so creamy, cheesy and simple to make! Ready in less than 20 minutes, it’s a quick, dump and go dinner! If desired, add a protein, such as chicken!

- alfredo sauce
- chicken stock or vegetable stock
- pasta (such as fusilli)

How To Make One Pot Broccoli Alfredo
In the true spirit of a one pot meal, this dish is so simple to make! I use a skillet with a lid, but if you don’t have one, use a lid from a large stock pot.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the dried pasta, alfredo sauce, chicken stock or vegetable stock, garlic powder and italian seasoning.
Stir and bring to a low boil. Then reduce to low or simmer and cover for 12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Meanwhile, cook the steam in bag broccoli in the microwave and set aside until the pasta is cooked.
After 12 minutes, stir in the steamed broccoli. Lastly, stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese. This recipe made 7 one cup servings.

One Pot Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
- 15 oz alfredo sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 8 oz pasta (such as fusilli)
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz steam in bag broccoli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add the pasta, chicken stock, alfredo sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat.
- Reduce temperature to low or simmer and cover pan with a lid for about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the steam in bag broccoli in the microwave.
- After 12 minutes, stir in the broccoli.
- Then stir in the shredded cheese.
- Serve immediately.
