One Pot Spinach Artichoke Pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant, be careful not to burn the garlic.
  2. Add the chicken stock, alfredo sauce, italian seasoning and stir.
  3. Then add in the pasta and artichokes, stir.
  4. Reduce temperature to low or simmer and cover pan with a lid for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, stir in the baby spinach (may need to do this in batches).
  6. Lastly, stir in the shredded cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
