One Pot Tuna and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 oz. tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can milk (use the soup can)
  • 1 can water (use the soup can)
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 8 oz fusilli or your favorite pasta, not cooked
  • 2 cups frozen sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the soup, tuna, milk, water and butter in a large skillet with a lid.
  2. When it begins to come to a boil, add the pasta and peas.
  3. Stir, cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
  4. Crush potato chips on top and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
