How To Make Oven Fried Buffalo Cauliflower
These cauliflower are so tasty, it will be hard to eat just one! Preheat oven to 425 degrees (or preheat the air fryer). Use a baking tray with rack if you have one, or place an oven safe rack on top of a sheet pan and spray with cooking spray (or grease the air fryer).
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.
Place the coated florets on the greased rack, keeping about an inch between each floret.
Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Carefully place the hot cauliflower in a bowl or serving dish and toss with your favorite buffalo sauce.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
Hope you enjoy!
