- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk (I used 2% milk)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10 oz cauliflower florets
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup your favorite buffalo sauce
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees (or preheat the air fryer).
- Place an oven safe rack on top of a sheet pan and spray with cooking spray (or grease the air fryer).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower in the batter until well coated.
- Place the coated florets on the greased rack, keeping about an inch between each floret.
- Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Carefully place the hot cauliflower in a bowl or serving dish and toss with your favorite buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
