If you love pizza then you will love this Pesto Focaccia Flatbread! It has all the goodness of pizza, crispy crust, gooey mozzarella and pesto! Or make with your favorite pizza sauce!
For this recipe I am using leftover Sea Salt Focaccia but you can just as easily buy some focaccia at your local grocery store or bakery!

If you are ready to bake then let’s get started! Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. I lined a sheet pan with parchment for easy clean up.
Place the focaccia in the middle of the sheet pan. Since I am using leftover focaccia, the piece is about 12×9 or 13×9 in size. You can also make this flatbread with the full loaf of focaccia! If you do then double the pesto and mozzarella. Ok, so spread the pesto on the top of the focaccia and then sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
Bake your Pesto Focaccia Flatbread for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Then slice and serve immediately!
