Pesto Dressing
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Pasta Salad
- 8 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 oz prosciutto, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Cook Tortellini according to package instructions, drain and cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk pesto, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
- In a large bowl, add cooled tortellini, mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, basil leaves and pesto dressing.
- Toss and Enjoy!
