Pepperoni Pizza Bread has been a personal favorite of mine since I was little. It’s cheesy and doughy, and can be served warm or cold with a side of pizza sauce or without. It’s perfect as a party appetizer, late night snack or even as the main dish.

How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Bread
Let’s do a little prep before we start assembling the bread. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Measure out the olive oil and parmesan cheese into small bowls, set aside. Drain and pat dry the roasted red peppers, slice them into thin strips and set aside.
Lightly flour the rolling surface or parchment and place the dough, lightly sprinkle the top of the dough so the rolling pin won’t stick. Roll out into a long oval shape.
Note: I used pizza dough from the grocery store bakery (ask your local store, sometimes it’s disguised as Italian bread dough), but you can also make your own here or use the pizza dough from the refrigerated section.
Arrange the roasted red peppers down the middle of the dough, leaving room around the edges to fold over. Then arrange the pepperoni on top of the peppers and top with shredded mozzarella.
Note: I use Turkey Pepperoni, it’s less greasy, tastes great and no one will actually notice it’s not the real thing unless you tell them. 🙂
Cut the sides of the dough into strips, fold over the strips in a braided pattern. Transfer parchment to sheet pan. Brush the olive oil over the top of the dough. Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese and pop in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Using a bread knife, slice and serve.
Hope you enjoy!
