These Pizza Dough Pretzel Bites make the perfect appetizer or snack! I love soft pretzels and this shortcut with pizza dough makes them even easier to make! Serve with your favorite mustard or cheese sauce.

How To Make Pizza Dough Pretzel Bites
What’s great about these little bites is that they can also be prepared ahead of time and frozen! Just heat them when you ready to eat in the microwave for about 15 – 30 seconds!
Cut your pizza dough into about one inch pieces. You can use store bought or homemade pizza dough. I used 1/2 pound of pizza dough and it made 36 bite size pieces. So, it really depends on how much you want or need to make.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment. Set the sheet pan next your stove top so you can easily transfer the pretzel dough after boiling.
In a medium or large saucepan, boil about 3 cups water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Drop 6 – 7 pieces of the pizza dough in the saucepan for about 30 seconds.
Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer immediately to the parchment lined sheet pan. Repeat with remaining pieces of dough.
Sprinkle the boiled dough with sea salt and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve your Pizza Dough Pretzel Bites immediately with your favorite mustard or cheese sauce! If you choose to enjoy later, cool and freeze in an airtight, freezer safe container.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Cut pizza dough into one inch pieces.
- In a medium or large saucepan, bring water and baking soda to a low boil.
- Drop 6 – 7 pieces of pizza dough into boiling water for 30 seconds. Be sure not to crowd the pot with dough, it will puff up a little.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer dough to parchment lined sheet pan and continue with remaining dough.
- Generously sprinkle the boiled dough with sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
