- 1 lb. pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Cut pizza dough into one inch pieces.
- In a medium or large saucepan, bring water and baking soda to a low boil.
- Drop 6 – 7 pieces of pizza dough into boiling water for 30 seconds. Be sure not to crowd the pot with dough, it will puff up a little.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer dough to parchment lined sheet pan and continue with remaining dough.
- Generously sprinkle the boiled dough with sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
