This Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus is one of my favorite sides! It mixes two of my favorite foods, asparagus and prosciutto! It also works great as a party appetizer and it’s so simple to make! Ready in 30 minutes!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
Wash and trim the asparagus. I used skinny asparagus. I actually prefer asparagus in this thickness, I think it’s tastier plus is cooks quicker.
Create bundles of 5 or 6 asparagus stalks, wrap with one slice of prosciutto and place on the parchment. Continue wrapping with the remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
Drizzle the bundles with olive oil and season with salt and pepper as you desire.
Bake for 15 minutes. If your asparagus is thicker, the cook time may be longer.
Serve your Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with your favorite grilled steak, chicken or fish! Enjoy!
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 2 oz Sliced Prosciutto
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
