How to Make Puff Pastry Pizza:

This Puff Pastry Pizza is perfect for when you want pizza in a pinch. I always seem to have pastry in my freezer and cheese in my fridge, so it’s easy to throw together a pizza or flatbread!

First, thaw a sheet of pastry. It really doesn’t take much time to thaw, so keep an eye on it! Then roll it out on a lightly floured surface. If you don’t use flour, it will stick to your counter or board and even your rolling pin.

Only roll out as big as your sheet pan, the pastry will expand a little when it bakes. Once its rolled, carefully transfer to a parchment lined sheet pan. Use a fork to prick the pastry all over except for around the edges.

Bake for 12 minutes at 400 and remove from oven. Let cool for about 5 minutes before adding the toppings. Even with pricking the dough, sometimes mine still puffs up, just use a fork to pop the bubbles.

Now, add in your toppings. This pizza didn’t have sauce but yours can! Add your sauce, cheese, meats and veggies or whatever you want!

Bake for another 12 minutes at 400. Remove from oven and slice!

Hope you enjoy!!
