This Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower has to be one of the easiest appetizers ever! It’s only two ingredients and ready in 40 minutes! Get ready to impress your friends and family with this tasty and healthy snack!

Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower

Did I mention this Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower is only TWO ingredients?? Honestly, it’s so tasty you won’t believe it’s cauliflower!

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment or aluminum foil. You will want something between the cauliflower and your pan to aid with clean up since the sauce can be a little messy.

Cut the head of cauliflower into florets or you can use a bag of pre-cut cauliflower found in your local produce section.

Place all florets into a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over top.

Toss or stir together until the cauliflower is completely coated. Then spread in an even layer on top of the parchment or foil.

Bake for 40 minutes, turning the cauliflower at the 20 minute mark.

Voila! Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower is that easy!! Serve immediately with Ranch, Blue Cheese or your favorite sauce.

Enjoy!
