- 1 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 tbsp fresh orange zest
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt pan and set aside.
- In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the butter and let cool.
- Once the butter has cooled, beat in the sugar, eggs and ricotta cheese with a hand mixer.
- Mix in the orange extract, orange zest and fresh rosemary.
- Lastly, beat in the flour and baking powder.
- Spoon the batter into the greased pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before turning out on to a cooling rack.
- If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
