Skinny Ginger Lime Margarita

Ingredients

  • 3 oz sliver tequila
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 inch knob of ginger, finely grated
  • 12 oz lime sparking water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and grated ginger.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Add ice to two glasses, pour evenly between both glasses.
  4. Top with lime sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge and more grated ginger, if desired.
