How to Make a Skinny Paloma:
This cocktail takes practically no time to make! So, let’s get started!
Peel and section the grapefruit and place in a shaker or tall glass. You don’t need a full set of barware to make cocktails at home, a tall glass or even a bowl will work. If you don’t have a muddler, you can use a fork or end of a wooden spoon to muddle the grapefruit. You want to muddle long enough to effectively “juice” the grapefruit.
Once muddled, add the tequila and agave nectar. If you don’t have agave, you can use honey! Cover and shake, shake, shake!
Pour over ice and top with sparkling water or club soda. I used pink grapefruit sparkling water for even more flavor! Squeeze a 1/4 of a lime into each glass and also garnish each with a lime wedge.
Enjoy immediately!!
