Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Chicken Cutlets
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Small Onion, quartered
  • 1 bag Frozen Egg Noodles (such as Reames)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into Slow Cooker or Crock Pot except for the frozen noodles.
  2. Set slow cooker to low for 8 hours, noting time.
  3. At the six hour mark, use a spoon or fork to break apart or shred the chicken within the slow cooker.
  4. Add frozen egg noodles and continue continue cooking for another hour and a half to two hours or until noodles are cooked.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
