- 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. salted butter
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker or Crock Pot.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours for thicker oats (6-7 hours if you prefer your oatmeal less thick).
- Stir and serve.
- Garnish with fruit if you wish.
