These S’more Brownies are messy but delicious! Just take a brownie mix and add graham crackers, marshmallows, a chocolate bar and bake! Super easy to make and perfect for a party!

- brownie mix
- vegetable oil
- water
- large egg
- milk chocolate bar
- mini marshmallows
- graham crackers sheets

How To Make S’more Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350. Verify the baking time and temperature on the box of the brownie mix you are using, you may need to adjust the temperature. I used a 9 x9 square baking dish lined with parchment to tame those messy marshmallows. If you don’t have parchment then spray with cooking spray, every little bit helps!
In a large bowl, beat together the brownie mix, oil, water and egg. You can make your brownies from scratch but I like to use a box mix for time and simplicity sake. I am all about the easy! Spread about half of the batter into the baking dish. Then layer 3 – 4 graham crackers, chopped chocolate bar and one cup of the marshmallows on top.
Pour the remaining the batter as evenly as possible over top, it won’t be very spreadable so I suggest pouring over sections at a time.
Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining chopped graham crackers and marshmallows on top. Broil for 1 – 2 minutes to brown the marshmallows. It won’t take long and so stay close, you don’t want them to burn.
Let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting they will be messy but worth it! Just like s’mores by the firepit!

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 milk chocolate bar, roughly chopped
- 3 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- 6 graham crackers sheets, divided
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Line an square baking dish with parchment or coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, blend brownie mix, oil, water and egg.
- Spread about half the batter into the bottom of the lined dish.
- Layer on top of the batter 3 – 4 of the graham crackers, keeping them as whole as possible.
- Add the roughly chopped milk chocolate bar and 1 cup of the marshmallows.
- Pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Chop the remaining graham crackers and layer on top with the remaining 2 cups of marshmallows.
- Broil for 1 – 2 minutes, until the marshmallows are browned.
- Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
- Brownies will be gooey but delicious!
