This Spaghetti Pizza Casserole is the perfect weeknight meal! Ready in a hour or can be prepped ahead of time! You can dress it up with pepperoni, sausage or just keep it Margherita style! Your family will love it!

Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

This is one of my favorite childhood meals and it’s so easy to make!

Get a couple of things prepped up front. Cook the spaghetti according to the packaging and make your favorite homemade spaghetti sauce. You can use your favorite store-bought brand of sauce too!

Once the spaghetti and sauce are ready to go, then beat the egg and the milk in a small bowl.

Lightly grease a 13 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray.

Place the cooked spaghetti in the greased casserole dish.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over the spaghetti and toss to coat with some tongs. Then arrange the noodles evenly across the dish.

Pour the spaghetti sauce on the top of the spaghetti and egg mixture.

Arrange the mozzarella on top of the sauce.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then flip to broil for about 3 minutes to get the cheese a little browned and bubbly.

Your Spaghetti Pizza Casserole is ready! Garnish as you wish with Italian parsley and grated cheese! So good.
