- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 3 cups Spaghetti Sauce
- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup 2% Milk
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 13 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cook spaghetti according to package and strain.
- Place strained spaghetti in casserole dish.
- In small bowl, beat egg with milk.
- Pour egg mixture over spaghetti and lightly toss to coat all the noodles.
- Arrange the spaghetti mixture even in the casserole dish.
- Layer the spaghetti sauce on top of the spaghetti mixture.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Then broil for 2 – 3 minutes to lightly brown the cheese.
- Slice and serve! Enjoy!
