How To Make Spiced Mixed Nuts
Besides being super easy to make, these Spiced Mixed Nuts store well in airtight containers and make great gifts during the holidays. Plus, it’s always nice to have nuts or snacks on hand for guests to enjoy.
Let’s get started. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. You should only need one sheet pan unless your pans are smaller, then you might need two so you can spread the nuts out in an even layer.
So, let’s keeping going! In a large mixing bowl, beat all the ingredients together except for the nuts. Beat until slightly foamy. Then let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the nuts to the egg white mixture and stir until well coated. Then spread in an even layer on the parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 250 degrees. Let cool before breaking apart then store in an airtight container.
Hope you enjoy!!
