Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni or your favorite pasta, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 5 oz. tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 10 oz frozen sweet peas (optional)
- 1/4 cup colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cup italian breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a square baking dish.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain macaroni and place in baking dish.
- Stir in soup, tuna, milk, butter and peas.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes
- Lighten up this recipe with Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup and Skim Milk.
- You can substitute crushed potato chips for the breadcrumbs.
- The peas are optional, or serve as a side dish in case not everyone is a fan of peas.
