How to Make Turkey Bacon Brie Sliders:

These sliders are one of my favorite ways to use up that leftover Thanksgiving turkey! But even if its not Thanksgiving you can use sliced deli turkey!!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. I use 9 x 13 aluminum foil pan lined with parchment for super easy transport to parties and tailgates. Plus, it makes clean up a cinch! But a 9 x 13 casserole dish works great too!

Slice all the rolls in half horizontally and arrange the bottoms in the parchment lined baking pan. Now I have done this both ways, but you can separate the rolls or keep them together. In the photo above, I have them together prior to baking. If you separate, it makes cutting them easier.

Then layer the chopped turkey, bacon and brie. Make sure each slider has a half of slice of bacon (I broke them into two pieces) and one slice of brie.

Place the tops of the rolls on top of the brie. If you are separating the rolls, I suggest running a knife between the rolls prior to baking for a little separation, but this is not required.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are browned. If the tops are getting too brown, lay a piece of aluminum foil on top.

Hope you enjoy!!
