Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta
  • lemon vinaigrette or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice and cube Watermelon.
  2. On a platter, arrange Arugula.
  3. Place Watermelon, Blueberries and Feta on top of the Arugula.
  4. Drizzle with Lemon Vinaigrette or your favorite vinaigrette.
  5. Enjoy!

    • This salad is best made when ready to eat, so not to get soggy.
