Ingredients

- 2 cups arugula
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- lemon vinaigrette or your favorite dressing
Instructions
- Slice and cube Watermelon.
- On a platter, arrange Arugula.
- Place Watermelon, Blueberries and Feta on top of the Arugula.
- Drizzle with Lemon Vinaigrette or your favorite vinaigrette.
- Enjoy!
