Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, confectioners sugar and cornstarch with a hand mixer until creamy.
  3. Beat in all-purpose flour.
  4. Add milk one tablespoon at a time and beat until dough comes together.
  5. If using food coloring, add it now and mix or divide dough and mix in different colors.
  6. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, roll teaspoon sized balls and place on parchment lined sheet pan. Leaving about 2 inches between cookies.
  7. Using a fork, lightly press on each rolled ball and top with sprinkles, if desired.
  8. Bake for 7 minutes, cool on wire rack.
  9. Continue rolling and pressing remaining dough.
  10. Enjoy!
