How to Make White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge:

Nothing easier than a one bowl recipe! Easy to make in between bakes! So, get out a microwave safe bowl and lets get started!

Microwave the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk for about two minutes or until the chips have melted. You don’t want the mixture to be boiling hot, typically stirring once out of the microwave should finish melting the chips if needed.

Ok, stir in the vanilla extract and then stir in the peppermint crunch baking pieces. This will make the fudge pink or swirly. Stir as much as you like to get the desired appearance.

You could also stir in the crushed canes but I wait and add to the top. So, spread the mixture into a parchment or foil lined 8 x 8 square baking dish.

So, if you didn’t already add them, top with the crushed canes. You can crush as many as you want here. The photo above is one candy cane.

Refrigerate until solid, typically about an hour. When ready, cut into squares and store in an airtight container. Fudge freezes well, so it can be made ahead of time.

Hope you enjoy!
