So, you picked up a rotisserie chicken at the store tonight? Ok, let’s preheat the oven to 350 and line a sheet pan with parchment. The recipe below outlines nachos for 4 people so just double it to make for a larger crowd!
Now, arrange a layer of tortilla chips, shredded chicken and cheese. You can do this in one layer or multiple layers! There is no wrong way to make nachos! One you have all your layers done, pop it in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
While that’s in the oven, chop up your onion, tomatoes, olives, avocado or whatever else you like on your nachos. You can buy these toppings already chopped at the grocery store, even easier!
When the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and add all your toppings! Serve immediately!
