Ingredients
  • 4 oz Tortilla Chips (about 1/2 bag)
  • 1 cup Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Jack Cheese
Toppings (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives, Sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, diced
  • Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment.

  2. Layer tortilla chips, chicken and cheese.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Remove from oven and add toppings.

  5. Serve immediately!

  6. Enjoy!
