How To Make Beef and Black Bean Chili
This chili is a such a tasty twist on the traditional Beef Chili. But just as easy to make!
In a large pot or dutch oven, cook the chopped onions and peppers for about 5 minutes. Then add in the beef stew meat, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I recommend cutting the meat into bite sized pieces with kitchen shears. Cook the meat with the onions and peppers for about 5 – 10 minutes until the meat is almost fully cooked through.
Add the tomatoes, drained black beans, water and chili powder. Bring the chili to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for an hour.
After an hour or so, serve and garnish with cheese, onions or avocado.
This chili also makes great meal prep and can be cooled and divided into freezer safe containers!
