Instructions

  1. In a large pot or dutch oven, cook the chopped onions and green pepper, for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the stew meat and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes until meat is cooked.
  4. Add in tomatoes, drained black beans, water and chili powder.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
