Beef Enchiladas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. When the ground beef is starting to brown, add the green chilis, if desired.
  4. When the beef is cooked through, remove from heat.
  5. Taking one tortilla at a time, measure a 1/4 cup of ground beef into the center and fold the tortilla like an envelope.
  6. Place in casserole dish, seam side down. Continue with remaining tortillas and ground beef.
  7. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over top of rolled enchiladas.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 – 20 or until cheese is bubbly.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Enjoy!
