This Beef Stroganoff Skillet is an easy and tasty weeknight dinner! Made in one pot and ready in less than an hour, it is perfect for when you are pressed for time!

- white button mushrooms
- egg noodles
- beef broth or beef stockĀ

How To Make Beef Stroganoff Skillet
This dish is super easy weeknight meal. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. I used a skillet with a lid but its not necessary, it would help the noodles to cook a little faster. Then add lean ground beef, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon as it browns.
When the ground beef is almost cooked through, add the sliced mushrooms. If you don’t use lean ground beef, you may need to drain the beef before adding the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms have cooked down and the beef is cooked through. Next, add the beef broth and package of egg noodles and stir.
If your skillet has a lid, cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes. If you don’t have lid, you may need to simmer longer. Stir in sour cream, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
If desired, garnish your Beef Stroganoff with grated cheese. Serve immediately!

- 2 cups white button mushrooms, sliced
- 16 oz egg noodles
- 29 oz beef broth or beef stockĀ

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- Break apart and stir until beef almost cooked.
- Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms have cooked down and beef is completely cooked through.
- Add egg noodles and beef broth, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and cover for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately!
