How To Make Blondies
I think Blondies are one of my most requested cookie bars. They are perfect for parties and gatherings plus they are super easy make!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish, set aside. My favorite bakeware for blondies is a glass baking dish. For this recipe, you really only need one large microwave safe bowl. In the microwave, melt the butter in the bowl or use a measuring cup or other small bowl. It does not need to be completely melted and boiling, just really soft. Then add the brown sugar and blend together with a hand mixer.
Now add in the eggs and vanilla, beating well. Then mix in the flour. By hand, stir in the white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. The mixture will be thick, you may need to spread with a knife. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees, they will look a light soft and that’s ok. Cool slightly, for about 5 – 10 minutes, before cutting. Refrigerate or freeze in an airtight container.
Hope you enjoy!!
