  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. In a large microwavable bowl, melt butter.
  3. Using a hand mixer, blend in light brown sugar.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix in Flour.
  6. By hand, stir in the white and semi sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter into lightly greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting.
