Ingredients

- 4 oz pasta, cooked
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a deep skillet or saute pan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle the flour over the butter and whisk together to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk the milk into the roux.
- Continually whisking until the mixture is smooth and let come to a low boil.
- Whisk in the cheddar until smooth.
- Add the pasta and toss until combined.
- Serve immediately!
