10 oz milk chocolate melting wafers (or dark chocolate melting wafers or white vanilla melting wafers)
8 oz small star pretzels
nonpareils sprinkles

Instructions

Place parchment on a sheet pan and place the wire rack on top.
Place the milk chocolate melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl and melt according to package instructions.
Place about half of the pretzels in the bowl with the melting chocolate and gently stir with a spatula.
Using a fork, place each individual pretzel on the wire rack and sprinkle with nonpareils if desired.
When the rack is full, place in the refrigerator for about 10 minute to set.
Repeat with remaining pretzels and chocolate.
If the chocolate begins to harden, place in the microwave for 10 seconds and continue with the pretzels.
Once set, store in an airtight container.
