How To Make Citrus and Burrata Salad
I love a “no recipe” kind of recipe! It’s simple and easy to substitute or omit ingredients! A great side for a potluck, BBQ or brunch! So to start, get your choice of citrus together and peel and slice. I used red grapefruit, naval oranges and blood oranges. You can easily just use one or two or all three depending on your taste.
For this “recipe”, layer the slices of fruit on a platter. Gently tear the burrata and place on the top of the citrus slices. Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the platter, especially the burrata. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Lastly, top with chopped fresh mint. Seriously, a delicious combination! Serve with crackers or toast.
Hope you enjoy!
