Citrus and Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 red grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 23 naval oranges or cara cara oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 34 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 8 oz burrata
  • 23 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tbsp honey
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the grapefruit and oranges.
  2. Layer the slices of fruit on a platter.
  3. Gently tear the burrata and place on the top of the citrus slices.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the everything, especially the burrata.
  5. Sprinkle everything with sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Top with chopped fresh mint.
  7. Serve with crackers or toast.
  8. Enjoy!
