This Classic Pumpkin Bread will have your house smelling of fall! Easy to make in one bowl, you will have warm spiced bread on your table in no time!

- Granulated Sugar
- Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Large Eggs
- Pumpkin Puree
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Nutmeg
- Ground Cloves
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- All-Purpose Flour
- Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

How to Make Classic Pumpkin Bread:
Let’s started on this super easy treat! First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment, lightly grease with cooking spray or grease and flour, your choice! I used parchment for easy clean up!
Ok, now, beat together the granulated sugar, canola or vegetable oil, eggs and pumpkin with an electric hand mixer. You can also stir by hand, it’s a very easy batter to work with. Now, add in the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, baking powder, baking soda and flour!
Once everything is mixed together, stir in the chopped pecans or walnuts by hand. Then pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 – 65 minutes, checking with a toothpick at the 60 minute mark. If not clean, keep baking for 1 – 2 minutes until clean. Keeping in mind all ovens and pans are different, so adjust the time as you see fit. You know your oven the best!
Once done baking, remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Slice and enjoy immediately or bread can be wrapped, placed in an airtight container or bag and frozen.

Instructions
