Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat until creamed together
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth
  4. Beat in flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  5. Mix in by hand the dark chocolate chips
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop a heaping tablespoon on to un-greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes
  8. Makes about 2 dozen cookies
  9. Enjoy!
