Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Add all ingredients to the food processor.
- Pulse for about 30 seconds.
- Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
- Pulse for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to bowl and garnish with additional olive oil and paprika, if desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for about a week.
