Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add ground chicken breast, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook chicken for a couple minutes and add minced garlic, grated ginger and green onion. Reserving the onion tops for garnish.
  3. When chicken is cooked, add shitake mushrooms, bean sprouts and stir.
  4. Then add cole slaw, sesame oil and coconut aminos (or soy sauce).
  5. Also, add chili garlic sauce, if desired and stir.
  6. Cook until cole slaw is cooked down, stirring to make sure sauces are thoroughly mixed in.
  7. Serve immediately, garnish with green onion tops and additional soy sauce and chili garlic.
  8. Enjoy!
