- salted butter
- dark brown sugar
- large eggs
- vanilla extract
- molasses
- ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- ground cloves
- all-purpose flour

How To Make Gingerbread Blondies
Preheat oven 350 degrees and lightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup. Microwave for one minute or until melted, it does not have to be completed melted. But let butter sit for a minute if its too hot, so it does not curdle the eggs.
Add butter and dark brown sugar to large mixing bowl and beat using a hand mixer until combined. Then mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Lastly, add molasses, spices and flour and mix until completely combined.
Spread the batter into the lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
