- 1 box cornbread mix (such as Jiffy)
- 11 oz. can creamed corn
- 4.5 oz. can green chilis
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add cornbread mix, creamed corn, cheese and green chilis.
- In a small glass bowl, melted butter in microwave for about 30 – 45 seconds.
- Pour butter on top of ingredients in bowl and mix by hand until completely incorporated.
- Spread batter into greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 – 10 minutes before cutting.
