This One Pan Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Bake is so creamy, cheesy and simple to make! Ready in less than an hour, it’s a quick, dump and go dinner! Make it meatless and omit the chicken!
Ingredients Needed For One Pan Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Bake
- fresh baby spinach
- cooked chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken)
- marinated artichokes
- pasta (such as fusilli)
- alfredo sauce
- chicken stock
- italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- shredded mozzarella
- cooking spray

How To Make One Pan Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Bake
This has to be one of the easiest dump and go dinners! So, let’s get started by preheating the oven to 425. Then, lightly grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. I use an olive oil cooking spray but any will work.
Now, place all the ingredients except for the cheese in the casserole dish. I suggest roughly chopping the spinach leaves if they are large. I use a shredded rotisserie chicken, it’s my favorite way to incorporate cooked chicken into recipe without having to cook the chicken!
Stir ingredients until well combined, making sure the mixture is evenly spread in the dish. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, uncover and stir. Top with the shredded cheese and bake uncovered for another 15 mins, or until cheese if bubbly and lightly browned.

- 12 oz jar marinated artichokes, quartered, chopped
- 8 oz pasta, uncooked (such as fusilli)
- 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
- 2.5 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place all the ingredient except for the cheese in the dish.
- Stir until well combined making sure the mixture is evenly spread in the dish.
- Bake at 425 covered with foil for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, stir and top with cheese bake uncovered for another 15 mins, or until cheese if bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately!
