How To Make Easy Pumpkin Bread
So, I said this was easy, don’t believe me? Let’s make it! In a large bowl, add the spice cake mix and one can of pumpkin puree. Using a hand mixer, beat until the cake mix and pumpkin are incorporated.
Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper. Or, if you are me, line with parchment and grease with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with one tablespoon of pumpkin seeds.
Now, bake at 350 for 40 – 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. I usually bake for about 43 minutes.
See it’s really that easy!! I promise this bread doesn’t disappoint!

- Sprinkle the top of the batter with the pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
