Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and can of pumpkin with a hand mixer.
- Spread batter into greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the top of the batter with the pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
