Ingredients

- 3 cups bisquick
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and stir together by hand. Making sure to break up all the lumps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with a little butter or oil.
- Measure out a 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, spread out the batter into a circle since it’s a thicker batter. Depending on size of skillet, cook 2 or 3 at at time.
- Cook pancakes for 3 minutes a side. Turn down heat to low if pancakes start to burn before they are cooked through. Continue with remaining batter.
- Serve immediately and top with maple syrup.
