Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and stir together by hand. Making sure to break up all the lumps.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with a little butter or oil.
  3. Measure out a 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, spread out the batter into a circle since it’s a thicker batter. Depending on size of skillet, cook 2 or 3 at at time.
  4. Cook pancakes for 3 minutes a side. Turn down heat to low if pancakes start to burn before they are cooked through. Continue with remaining batter.
  5. Serve immediately and top with maple syrup.
  6. Enjoy!
